2019 Doosan Puma 1300TTSYYB

The Doosan Puma TT1300SYYB (now produced under the DN Solutions brand) is an advanced, high-productivity twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC turning center. Its dual Y-axis and independent spindle operations allow you to halve cycle times by performing complex, "done-in-one" 6-sided machining on parts up to 6.9 inches in diameter.

• Twin Spindles: Identical main and sub-spindles (typically with 2-inch/51mm bar capacity) for seamless part handoff and backside machining.
• Dual Y-Axis: Both the upper and lower turrets feature full Y-axis capability, allowing for simultaneous milling, drilling, and tapping on both spindles. 
• Dual Turrets: 12-station turrets on both the upper and lower sides (with all stations capable of live tooling) providing up to 24 or 48 indexable tools depending on tooling configurations.
• Automation Ready: Features integrated parts catchers, unloaders, and un-loaders for independent, "lights-out" operation.
• Rigid Structure: Built on a 45-degree Mehanite cast slant bed with high-rigidity roller LM guideways for exceptional vibration damping and surface finishes.
